As a legal requirement, you need to ensure the business is protected against claims from employees, e.g. who may be injured in the course of their work. Our cover includes: -

• up to £10,000,000 limit of indemnity on any one event
• cover for partners or proprietors injured by another employee or partners’ negligence
• defence costs of proceedings under the Health and Safety at Work Act relating to claims on this section of the policy

Public and products liability

Covers claims from third parties that have arisen from business related accidents, including: -

• £1,000,000 limit of indemnity as standard, with the option to increase to up to £5,000,000
• if you have two years claims free on your liability insurance, you could receive 15%* off of your premium with our no claims discount
