Terms and conditions

Full terms and conditions to the Prize Draw promotion rules:

1. To enter: After 29th January 2008 (the ‘Start Date’), current policyholders who renew their existing policy, or registered installers requesting a no obligation quotation will be entered into the prize draw automatically. To apply, please complete the online application form or print the form and post it to FREEPOST LE6684, CORGI Insurance Services, 125 – 129 Vaughan Way, Leicester, LE1 7ZX or call 08457 58 51 60. Should you wish to be entered into the prize draw but do not wish to apply for the CORGI Insurance Services insurance cover, please send your name and address details on a postcard, quoting this offer to the address stated above or call 08457 58 51 60. Entries must reach this address no later then 31st January 2009 (the 'Closing Date'). By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. Entries though agents or third parties will be invalid.

2. Winner announcement: The winners will be announced in the March 2009 issue of the Gas Installer and the winners will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this.

3. Eligibility: The competition is open to all registered CORGI installers of 18 or over as at the Start Date (and must be eligible to live in the UK), except those who at any time between the Start Date and the date on which the winners are selected (inclusive) are employees of CORGI or Aon Limited (the ‘Promoter’), any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.

4. Validity: There is a limit of one entry per registered CORGI installer. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit, proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

5. To win: The 10 winning entries will be selected by at least one independent supervisor and its decision will be final.

6. The prize: The prize is two tickets per winner to the 2009 British Open held at Turnberry on 16th - 19th July 2009. The winners must provide a proof of age and address. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion substitute cash value for the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner publicity: Entrants accept that, if they win, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, estate of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.

8. Winning entry details: The name of the winners and the winning entries will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, [enclosing a stamped addressed envelope], to the address: Marketing, Aon Limited, 4th floor, Capital House, 1 Houndwell Place, Southampton, SO14 1HU, requesting details of the winning entries.

9. The Promoter: The Promoter is Aon Limited whose registered office is at Aon Limited, 8 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4PL. Registered in London no. 210725. (please do not sent entries to this address).
